Yvonne Lautenschläger

Portrait of Yvonne Lautenschläger in black and white
The first thing that strikes you about all of Yvonne Lautenschläger's pictures is the positive mood: the works appear humorous, can win over the viewer and make you smile. Nevertheless, one must not be deceived: This is calculation. The artist first wants to win over the viewer, not deter him by negative aspects, in order to then - if he gets involved with the work - subtly draw his attention to the inner values.

CV:

My artistic career is somewhat unusual. When I was 18, I wanted to study art, but various circumstances led to a scientific degree followed by five years of professional activity.

At the age of 45 I started to fulfill my dream:

In addition to various courses, workshops and autodidactic studies, I completed the 2-year course *Creative Painting* (2010-2012).

In 2014, I started studying *Contemporary Art since the 1960s* at the AWW at the University of Hamburg.

In addition to many other exhibition locations, these were my favorite places:

Gallery Display, Cologne;

Montecristo Gallery, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria;

Congress Center, Garmisch-Partenkirchen;

Castle Wickrath, Moenchengladbach;

Weyberhöfe, Aschaffenburg;

Gallery in the Zieglerhof, Lüneburg;

Cape San Diego, Hamburg;

Carlshöhe Gallery, Eckernförde;

Bunkerhill Gallery, Hamburg;
