Ulla Kutter
Ulla Kutter has experimented artistically with many materials and has been painting with oil paint on canvas and wood since 2004.
The choice of her motifs can be explained by her proximity to the street art and graffiti scene: The perception of the environment in the city is characterized by the focus on disharmonious compositions and their aesthetics. The path to the final motif of the painting leads first through this perception and then capturing these perceptions with a camera. However, Ulla Kutter does not paint complete photos, but puts together the image content from several photos that she has taken.
Photorealism is not her goal, but her own interpretation of a situation and reality. The focus of her works is on atmosphere, light and colour.
